REFUND POLICY

Returns 

SOKU currently does not offer Returns or Refunds on any items offered for sale in our stores unless there is a mistake with your order or the item is defective. We offer refunds and exchanges for products that are damaged or defective under our warranty.

 

Warranty

We will replace any products that are defective within 1-year from date of purchase free of charge (including return shipping). If a direct replacement is not available, an exchange for a similar product or refund will be provided. 

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to, breakage due to abuse, improper usage and storage, water damage, cosmetic damage or other types of damage not related to the manufacturing process.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your defective item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

Shipping (if applicable)

Shipping costs for products shipped under warranty will be free of charge. A pre-paid label will be provided within 2-3 business days after a warranty request has been submitted.
